Centipede Sun focuses on the landscape of the Altiplano region in
Chile. The landscape of the Altiplano region in Chile, synonymous with
isolation, has enormous ‘empty’ panoramas in which the life forms we
know seem to be absent. Against this background, Grecu brings to life
his rich universe.

THE TITLE WAS SHOT was commissioned for a conference of film
theoreticians in Berlin in 2009 entitled: The Cinematic Configurations
of the ‘I’ and ‘We’. Composed of fragments from over 25 films dating
from the 1920s to the 90s, this whimsical short features cowboys,
Indians and damsels in distress. Tarzan, Jane, a transgender gorilla,
and a menacing lion tango from frame to frame, prodded by
Wittgenstein, Gilles Deleuze and Slavoj Zizek’s philosophical
considerations. A fast-paced, heart-pounding cinephilic farce.

“A Film Far Beyond has God”, is a documentary taking the form of a poem about the research of Hubal, during a kind of pilgrimage where the cultural rite is ressuscity because we're filming it. The film proposes a vision about the first god of Mecque : Hubal, who was there before the birth of Islam. So, many spectators will have access to this little part of history and will have the possibility to question it.
