HAMLET is a retelling of the Shakespeare classic set in modern day
Hong Kong; pieced together from 'found footage' shot using the 'film'
function of an ordinary compact digital camera. Due to its small,
inconspicuous size, sequences were filmed that would have otherwise
been inaccessible. The resulting images are haunting, a time document
of a Westerner's experience in Hong Kong told in one minute segments.
