Raffael is thirteen and lives in a housing project in suburban Naples. With his friend Adama he sells cigarettes on street corners and they rehearse together for a concert at the village festival. Meanwhile, on the streets there are confrontations between police and demonstrators following the mayor’s decision to evict several residents from their apartments.
