An old retired man, living in an almost deserted housing in Kolkata, feels lonely and suffers from an existential crisis. He seeks meaningful relationships with people around him. He finds a connection with a neighbourhood kid. Both the old man and kid are living in an adverse situation, which lacks compassion and love. The old man saves the kid from an incident of abuse. But he chooses to vanish from this ugly world because the perpetrator continues relationship with the kid’s mother.

A man who works as a security guard in an apartment complex goes about his day, while the residents who live there express their views on caste, identity and their own social standing.

During the pandemic, Gautam, a 14 year old boy studying in a residential school in the city remains stuck in the dormitary. He yearns for his village while his mother tries contacting him.

The film explores a variety of themes including industrial migration, class exploitation etc. The film tries to capture the angst and the pain of the protagonist who finds himself trapped in the new locales of an industrial town .The film has been shot at real locations in a small industrial town and a premises of a real manufacturing setup to give an authentic flavor to the film. Apart from exploring these themes I have also tried to keep the film interesting and engrossing for the audience.
